Agree with everyone else. Lacks integrity! No effort and she is all about money. Her daughter (who is also an attorney) wasn’t so bad. However Deborah Arthur is not honest and definitely lacks integrity. Her work products had errors which shows she didn’t care about the case but cared about the money. She was not prepared for court and didn’t even have a strategy. She would be a great accountant because the effort she put in was only towards billing me. I would rate 0 if I could!

I hired Deborah Arthur to do my bankruptcy. He was amazing!! She is so well prepared. Great contact, great staff, very, very professional and very friendly. PERFECT experience!

I was shocked to see some reviews here, but then realized they seem to come from the same bitter person who seemed to lose her custody case because of her own issues and blamed her attorney. This is sad because Mrs. Arthur is BEYOND FABULOUS! She stands out in her profession because she truly cares and has the credentials, years of experience and a Godly heart to provide top notch legal advice & services. We went through a complicated adoption and were BLESSED to have had Mrs. Arthur in our court. She was kind-hearted, compassionate, knowledgeable & guided us through this complicated maze. In the end, we became parents to an incredible little girl & will forever been indebted & thankful that we chose this firm to represent our new family! The kind refund check at the end was just further proof that money is not the bottom line, but instead, an intrinsic desire to provide compassionate Christian based legal care. We are SO very impressed, will be back again & RECOMMEND her highly!

I sought out Deborah's advice over a year before I filed for divorce. She took the time to listen to my situation and advise me appropriately for the place I was in my life at the time. She listened carefully to everything I told her, filtering the emotional so that she was able to give me practical and realistic advice. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. At my court appearances, Deborah represented my interests with assertiveness, professionalism, and honesty. The opposing attorney resorted to threats and lies. Deborah was always prepared and well organized so that meetings went smoothly and a lot was accomplished in a short amount of time. I was awarded everything I needed to get on with my and my children's lives, everything that was vital to our safety and security. The process was efficient and the fees were reasonable.

I had very specific criteria in selecting an attorney. Knowledgable, ethical, and honest. I found many attorneys, like used car salesman, will do anything to get you signed on. Deborah was candid and realistic in her initial intake of my case. I have worked with her for three years and she has consistently remained ethical, realistic and knowledgable. Deborah has interpreted each situation with honesty sometimes requiring hard but honest decisions on my part. Divorce cases are not happy easy situations, they require compromise and concession. Deborah was honest, fair and loyal in representing me. I was working from very limited finances. Deb repeatedly accommodated me, her charges are fair and reasonable.

I just finished a 2 year battle for custody / visitation of my son - dealing with an alienating mother and many complications. Ultimately I now have joint legal custody and a visitation schedule even better than what I asked for. Deb understands and knows the courts, judges, attorneys, and how to work each step of the way to succeed - and protect your family. She is honest, fair, ethical, not greedy, pleasant to work with, patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Deborah Arthur for your family law needs.

Deborah represented me in a recent case in which I, the custodial parent, was pursuing temporary relocation. She is absoutely incompetent and seemed to be more interested in playing nice with the opposing lawyer. She was not knowledgeable on relocations cases and misadvised me regarding how I should prepare for court and who I should bring as a witness. These things contributed greatly to my loss. Furthermore, she failed terribly at defending my rights which would have been unnecessary had she made arguments or put up a fight against the opposing lawyers false accussations. My good reputation came under fire and she did nothing to stop the false accussations or counter them. This is not a lawyer that can be trusted to protect your rights let alone help you win a case. She did not have my back but she sure billed me for her bad service. Please, do yourself a favor and find a lawyer who can actually help you. Sorry but I have nothing positive to say about her work.

The only thing good about this attorney is communication. She will use the church as as way to wheel you in to make you feel like she cares and that shes a honest christian. I caught her in several lies, so ignore the church talk. Outside of that, she doesnt prepare herself and she pretends like she is interested in your case when she is more interested in finding unique ways to bill you. You will get no results but will be billed for it. Her skills are outdated and she doesnt seem to have a passion for her job. Thats very dangerous if youre looking for someone to represent you. My advice would be find someone else. I wish I could write more, but stay away from this attorney. She is not worth her rate!!!!
