Weak contract development. Likes to dump his work off on junior associates who get things wrong such as where to have people served and what to garnish and/or not garnish. Doesn't seem to care much about the client overall.

This firm came to me highly recommended. Although at times the case itself was excruciating, I would not have been able to keep it together if it had not been for Paul Rowley. The experience and knowledge this man has about the judicial system is more then obvious. He worked really hard for me and I am very VERY appreciative to have hired him as my attorney.
