Very lazy and unorganized. Expect to provide and do your own work. Attorney Cook needs to accept accountability for his actions or lack of effort. It is unprofessional for him to complain to other firms about his office- paralegal lack of ability when it is himself personally that lacks the knowledge -organization. This behavior is embarrassing and enables unethical decision making on your behalf when things are very evident. If I would have known about his ability I would not have him represent me as his work ability is very passive in nature.
