I and my wife tried to retain Miss Eisenbeis for a child custody case. We were given an amount for a retainer and asked several times how she would like that retainer due to the fact that we're out of state. She has yet to communicate how she would like the retainer and has now quoted us a new price. If you don't want to deal with clients out of state then don't waste our time, tell us. It is now too late to find a lawyer at a reasonable price who will take the case. Very unethical.
