Though all of the process, Jim showed very little competence in the case. He showed very little knowledge, which lead to a lack of preparation, which lead to a lack of thoroughness in representation of my case. I was presented with documents multiple times, provided by Jim, in confidence/trust/faith that they were complete and thorough enough to be signed. At each point above, the documents were found to be incomplete nor thorough enough to be signed. The client, lawyer trust and confidence has been broken. Throughout the process I have been charged for each mistake and believe these charges to be in excess.
