Andrew Wariner failed to show up for 3 hearings to represent our case. The result, we lost our house to the bank because the proceedings were "unopposed"!

I put a retainer fee with this crook for bankruptcy. I never was able to file as he does not return phone calls nor emails to him or Barbara his secretary.Called the Nevada State bar and will pursue him for my money!!

paid in full for a bankruptcy got nothing in return but the shaft. His staff seems to be in on his scam. I have no choice but to pursue him in court to get my money back.
