Chris is highly competent. I think he only made mistakes twice in the course of my very lengthy and complicated divorce, but those two mistakes were very costly to me. In one case he failed to give me proper understanding of the effect of a Divorce Agreement in preventing the court from considering events prior to the agreement in any future actions. In the other he gave me advice about how to proceed in a Legal Rights case, but gave me incorrect information about how to contact the court that caused me to end up pro se in a very important litigation, without time to find counsel who could appear on the court's schedule. I spent 20K$ with Chris on a case that never went to trial while he was my representative. He has an EXCELLENT reputation with the courts, and I think that he gets deserved deference when he goes to trial, but he was not the right lawyer for this divorce where I needed a much more pro-active and aggressive representative.
