They dropped the ball as soon as they got the case. Absolutely no communication. My claim was canceled and they never even told me. Go somewhere else if you want legal aid

As an extremely ill and exhausted, medically disabled teacher, I contacted this law office in 2013 for help obtaining disability. At that time, I had over 1200 pages of documentation verifying my case. Mr Hiller spoke with me over the phone himself and refused to take my case simply due to my young age of 40 despite the documentation I had already exhausted myself doing the legwork to obtain.
Once the judge was able to see my case over 4 years later, he said the sheer volume of paperwork I collected MYSELF spoke volumes about the person I am and the help I needed. He said my case was the prime example of WHY we pay into disability as we work! Yet… Mr. Hiller refused to help me after I was denied the first time applying myself. Because Mr. Hiller refused to help me after claiming on his tv commercials on a daily basis that this is his speciality, I was forced to wait 4 YEARS for a disability hearing due to backlogs in the court. two separate cases, one a class action, big buzz on TV, spent hours of my time gathering information, then they sat on it, never called me back, didn't do squat. Second case right up their alley for credit fraud against credit card company, open and shut, kept information for several weeks then declined to take the open and shut case (standard fine involved for $25K). Will never deal with them again. In my experience, stay away from any law firm that has to advertise. If they were good, they would have business by word of mouth.

I would not use them as they have false advertising. They have commercials that state if you are receiving robo calls, you may be able to sue that company. I have received over 104 calls in less than a 3 month period. I documented every call and supplied the info to this law firm. After 5 weeks, I emailed them to see what they can do for me and they stated there is nothing they can do. I referred my brother to them who is getting illegal collection calls. Another false advertising they state they can help. My brother called them after proving he is receiving these calls, again, they said they cannot help him. This firm should either be reprimanded by the state board or they may get sued for false advertising.

Been waiting for a settlement since the summer.still haven't received it.had to finally get my interm payments on my own through the social security office.they never return my calls ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAW FIRM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.thinking of calling better business Bureau

The firm is the worst never returns call and settled a case I have been waiting over 7 months to be paid. I was told that they received over have the funds but will not release to me until it all comes in this is a joke. I am waiting!!! Seth Andrews is the attorney stay away from him and firm
