Always new attorney's that you have no idea who they are, new office staff, new paralegal's that you have to explain who you are when ever you have to talk with them, rarely do I call because payments are current and are being made through my paycheck thru the trustee's office, but when I receive any paperwork from law office which is every now and then I may call back to talk to attorney due to Having a question and it's a new attorney? What,, where's the one that was handling my case!! You get told," oh they are not here anymore xx is your lawyer now". And this month, alone the worst I've experienced, regarding returning phone calls / email's. very poor. You get the run a round. I've been with law office for some years now, never felt that my case is not being handled, I make sure that payments stay current and my paycheck shows that. I will say they are knowledgeable at the law office but getting back with client's who are paying for service's, should be higher better.
