I hired Mr Coffey to handle some financial issues, he gladly took my money and then decided to stop communications. I have made several attempts via email. His phone inbox is always full. Just know his refusing to return my calls and refund my money for non service. I have no choice but to seek assistance from the Idaho State Bar. If anyone manages to get in touch with him please let him know there are real people he is stealing from and hurting in the process.

If you asked me 5 years ago what I thought of Brian Coffey I would've gave him close to all 5's. In the last year and a half his service, work ethic's, communication skills, etc have gone on the way side. Take your time researching attorney's before you settle. Just because the web site sounds good or his rates look good. Take the extra time doing your homework. It'll be worth it in the long run. You won't be left on the way side fending for yourself like we once were and so many others that were.

Have been disappointed with Brian and his 'client to attorney' relationship. Hired him for our bankruptcy and the communication between us has been a one way road. Take the time and do your research on who you hire, they work for you.
