I hired Ms. Cromwell under the agreement that she would start immediately, be aggressive and get the job done without a lot of dramatization. Her performance was the complete opposite and she gave no regards to respecting our agreement. She was terrible at returning my phone calls and focusing on the real case at hand. However, she was great at dragging matters out and responding to unnecessary issues, and had no problems with quickly using my retainer as she wished. I lost all respect for her and withdrew from her representation.
