Mr. Oettle and his staff are very unorganized. They don't call you back in a timely manner at all and when they do it's a very rushed conversation. They don't explain things well at all. I am very disappointed at all of them. Wish I would have paid more for better quality.

I have emailed this guy many times and got one answer I sent him a form to sigh and return that was three weeks ago and no answer he does not follow through and I would not use him again

Mr. Oettle's office staff failed to give him notice of my scheduled meeting and when I did get in touch with someone at the office(days later)- I received no apology for my wasted time. This shows poor office communication.
