After court, he told me to go on home, it was over. I asked, “no community service or anything’s?” He laughed and said, “Nope. You’ve never been in trouble before. It’s going to be expunged.” He told me if I plead guilty that they would expunge it. Otherwise, I would NEVER have plead guilty. Since then, I’ve been arrested for an FTA on that case, even though I had a lawyer and went to court. I followed their instructions, and it’s still ruining my life. To foster a child, get a job, anything...it is still there and limiting my options. I’ve contacted Baechtold multiple times to try to rectify this, but he will not return my call or answer my messages. Pretty sure he got his money, and now he doesn’t care that he didn’t earn it. As far as I’m concerned, he stole my money, like the city stole $1600 in cash off my person, refused to give it back after court was over If Baechtold would do what I paid him for & expunge this, I wouldn’t have to give him a bad review. He chooses to ignore me.
