It doesn't matter what you want. He just make you sign a contract and that is all the help he needs from you. He is the one choosing what to do. If you don't sign his motion or other paperwork he did he continues to call you trying to prove his decisions. He can call you even late in the evening and keep you on phone forever. And in the beginning of 2008 he didn't have anybody working for him, even secretary. Whatever is done, you are paying full rate. !!! He just switch to Labor and Employment. His specialty before was Criminal Justice (by the State Bar record).
