Corrupted by defendent. Worked against plaintiff by refusing to confront defendent. Admonished by and threatened with punishment by the judge for poor case management. Lied to client about case not being eligible for contingency basis when in fact it was. Pressured by firm's partners to make lots of money from case so he could become a partner. Totally inept. DO NOT GO NEAR HIM FOR ANY LEGAL NEEDS ... OR THE FIRM HE WORKS FOR. Padded bills by performing wasteful unproductive "work". Rejected client's instructions. Monies usurped with none going to client. Charged fees for SHOULD BE DISBARRED!!!

I was involved in a lawsuit with a multi million dose company who wrongfully terminated me, the company promptly made an offer that was a mere fraction of our demands. I was instructed to continuously drop my asking number as they moved up in very tiny increments. I was assured that I would be able to deny a figure that was lower then I wanted and when the time came that they made an offer that would net him a very nice pay day but would only give me a small amount in comparison to what we agreed was to low he then became very demanding that I take the offer. When I refused he yelled and screamed that I was not taking his advice and he would come after me for his losses if I didn't settle.. I finally agreed on a number and was forced to changed it three more times and after the taxes that I wasn't aware of I will barely receive more then he does and I'm the one who dealt with the termination. I haven't signed the papers and now he threatens the judge will make me pay fees on both sides
