Does not return calls, lies about work he is supposed to do and has not done, did not file paperwork with courts in timely fashion AT ALL! Retained him in Oct. 2008 and am still waiting (March 2011) for my divorce to finalize. This is not a difficult case and both parties are in agreement so my ex and I have nothing to do with the fact we are still waiting. He seems to have limited knowledge about the legal system and while I was the Plaintiff, it didn't go that way. I'm sure it's mainly due to the fact that it doesn't take much to find a better attorney who knows what he is doing like my ex husband did. He did not file for the divorce or custody until 3 months AFTER I retained him causing me to move back in with my ex and starting the one year process all over again. His work ethics are lacking to say the least. I do NOT recommend this attorney and am filing a grievance with the SC Bar Association. I just wanted a divorce, it's not rocket science!
