Has worked diligently to get me my settlement. He has worked with both my doctors, insurance company, the other insurance company and is dedicated to the case.

Ryan represented me on a very stressful work related injury. I hadd done my research, and was well aware that his previous business partners ( who he' sno longer associated with) were being reviewed. He handled my case timely, always kept me updated, and was very sincere. I was happy with the results, and am now retrurning to work in a different position /capacity.

It took a long time to find out he was suspended. I did not receive notice from anyone. I found out by calling the Calif. Bar.

RYAN DERDOWSKI IS NOT ONE FOR COMMUNICATION THAT'S FOR SURE. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT HIM NUMEROUS TIME VIA EMAIL (WHICH ASSUMED WAS A QUICKER RESPONSE), AFTER FAILED COMMUNICATION ATTEMPTS THAT WAY I TRIED CALLING HIS OFFICE - AND LOW AND BEHOLD ALL THE NUMBERS THAT I HAD FOR RYAN DERDOWSKI WERE DISCONNECTED!!! WHEN I INITIALLY WENT TO SEE RYAN DERDOWSKI HE TOLD ME THAT MY CASE (WORKERS COMPENSTATION) WAS AN EASY CASE, PRETTY CUTE AND DRY. WELL I HAD MY DEPOSITION IN OCTOBER AND BY FEBRURARY I STILL HADN'T HEARD FROM HIM - THIS WAS ALMOST A YEAR AFTER HE TOOK THE CASE - NOW I RECEIVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM THE WORKERS COMPENSATION BOARD ABOUT A HEARING NEXT MONTH!! NOW I HAVE NO IDEA IF I SHOULD GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY CAUSE I DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT'S GOING ON!
