Poor excuse for an attorney. Ethically needs to be investigated by the Bar. He was working for a small city when the Police Department charged a local youth with underage consumption. He wanted to represent the youth despite the fact that he was on the payroll of the City at the same time. Lary needs to learn conflict of interest refusals.
