Fantastic all around. She cares about our child and the outcome of the case immensely. We would not have know what to ask for, and would not have been taken seriously without Attorney Patty Engel on our side. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Absolutely awful experience. She was hired with the intention of meeting two objectives and only one of the objectives was met - the other was not at all addressed therefore completely unresolved - for a special needs education situation. In addition, she quoted an upper and lower range for the fee and after receiving the bill it was nearly 3 time as much of her quoted upper limit. Now just writing this - the event happened last year. Very, very upsetting to say the least. (Two other people wrote reviews above mine and both were a similar experience)

She was not honest with us regarding our case, which concerned our son's special education dispute. She also did not listen to us. I would not recommend her to anyone. (Our case was awhhile back)

We had a very bad experience with this lawyer. We hired her for our child with special needs to help with a due process complaint. Her communication was to say the least horrible. She said one thing to us and something else to the opposing attorney. My suggestion for an education lawyer would be to look around and make sure you keep a good tab on her bill because you will wonder in the end. She seems to have a very limited memory and can not often remember what she said in past conversations. Not a good thing when you want them to represent your child's best interests in the education relm.
