Poor follow-through. Rude front office staff. Worst is unscrupulous billing practices: no monthly billing despite repeated requests and then humungous bill with little explanation. Although I disagreed, I paid it. Over a YEAR later, bills started arriving demanding more money. When I sent back a note saying that was nuts, the next statement reflected an additional charge for time spent meeting about my note!!

Failed to have documents turned into court in time for hearings, several hearings had to be continued to a later date. Reports that he sent to me for my signature were incorrect. He failed to send required waivers to several of the heirs. He failed to return phone calls or emails. And when I spoke to him about problems he blamed his paralegal.
