For the first time in my life, I was sucked into a legal battle in which after being beaten by the Worcester, MA Police, I was forced to defend myself against 3 charges they decided to press against me. Initially, I wanted to pursue charges against these police officers, but as I conferred with Myong about this possibility, he made me aware of all the subtleties of my situation, explained his views on what options were available, how difficult each possible avenue would be and what possible outcomes may result. I was not very knowledgable of these kinds of proceedings beforehand, but with Myong at my side I felt like I understood what I was dealing with much better than before. Ultimately, Myoung was able to secure the most positive and favorable outcome that would have been possible in my case. With my health insurance coverage on the line, and my future at risk, Myoung managed to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped, and a minimal, unsupervised probation, after which the 3rd charge dropped
