I honestly happened to have an excellent experience with Randy as my attorney. I've also recommended him to many of my friends when in need, and they had nothing but good experiences as well. I wouldn't hesitate to acquire his services if ever needed. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and fair with integrity.

Randy Kurek is in my opinion the worst human being to walk the planet. I hired him for a wrongful death suit, and he didn't do a damn thing to work on the case. Almost 3 years have gone by, statute of limitations is up, and NOTHING was done. He lied all the way thru it. Could not reach him by phone, text or email. The other person writing his complaint says Randy was in rehab for alcohol abuse. NO shock here!!! He ruined my son's life in my opinion. I hope someday the Columbus Bar Association wises up before he ruins more people's lives.

Went thru a long and disturbing divorce from my exwife (am now happily remarried) and has Mr Kurek as our Attny. Divorce was supposed to be final in Feb 09 and get a cert mail in May 09 sting we were going to be on the drop list if our Attny wasn't going to finish filing our final papers. I had no idea this waant done many unreturned calls and come to find out he was in rehab for being a full time alcoholic. I was floored and my current wife. A different Attny in the firm finally filed everything. It wasn't until a yr later during my girls soccer sign ups and a different Attny looking at my final decree (which I unfortunately never looked at until them) that there were MANY things on there that I would had NEVER agreed too and I am now back in court trying to undo and fix all that Mr Kurek did and ill advised me of. It's been a total nightmare!!! Stay away from Randy Kurek!!!
