Lori Rakes knew I was represented by Counsel. She ignored my counsel and came direct to me making threats outside the Courthouse when the proceedings did not go her way. I told my Counsel and they said to ignore her. Also,Lori Rakes has tried to involve herself in matters I have pending in court that have nothing to do with her. This is my opinion and my suggestion is to keep a very close eye on her.
