Mr. Lambeth lacks integrity as a family attorney. He listens briefly, cuts you off, says you have nothing to worry about, takes your money... then ignores you, postpones your court dates, does not remember anything you told him previously, finally goes to court unprepared; and then tries to make excuses and tell you why you didn’t have a case... knowing you did. You would be better off representing yourself. Sadly, he used to be one of the best lawyers in town when he cared. He simply doesn’t care any more. He takes advantage of people at their weakest moments. People who trust him with their life, and children and future. Do not trust he will fight for you. As soon as you pay your retainer he checks out. There are much better family attorneys in Wilmington.

Did a great job with my divorce. He is patient, fair, professional, and did not wallow in the small stuff or try to run it his fees. I find him to be a man of strong character and sound ethics. Having met with another lawyer that did not seem to possess these attributes and watching my ex's lawyer to to nitpick and run up his fees, I have no reservations at all about using Mr Lambeth as my attorney. I feel he looked out for my best interests while staying efficient with my funds.

Mr.Lambeth will tell you have a good case, take your money, continue the case multiple times, then plead you guilty. He is unresponsive, forgets the facts of your case, and is overall lax. You are better off pleading yourself guilty and saving money.
