This attorney was late to my scheduled apptmnt. What i found rude is that as soon as he figured out there was no case, he started getting up from his chair which IS VERY RUDE. He mentioned that his ratings from peers are very high, well, i think he should care more about the clients' ratings. Also his staff are not very friendly, see for yourself. They drink coffee and talk all day and totally disregard you. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know... I would suggest a different attorney.

Chad Brandt was late for our first meeting and subesequent meetings thereafter. Phone calls were not returned and e-mails were not answered. A very poor communicator.

Not very professional, cut off during consultation. Distracted and didnt stay focused on business at hand.
