Mr. Edwards doesn't waste time. He is direct, succinct, answers questions, and takes action. His staff is prompt at making drafts, educating me, and responding to my calls and emails. I've felt like each step is still within my control, yet, when I am ready for the next step, Mr. Edwards is right there to move the case forward. They have helped make this case as painless as possible, and have not been obnoxious toward the defendant, only fair.

Although Mr. Edwards probably knows what he's doing, he doesn't keep his clients (at least me) informed of what he's doing. He doesn't seem to have the client's best interests at heart. Nice guy but somewhat imcompetant.
