In a major truck accident he told his client a medicare set aside was not needed. AT THE SETTLEMENT mediation it was determined that it was needed. to get his client to settle, the hoskin law firm accepted a contract signed by his firm and his client that the msa would be funded from their share of the settlement if a msa was needed, garunteeing his clients share at 4xxxxxx no matter what . Sent the msa to a underwriter,came back with no funding needed.It was rejected because money was listed in the arbitration. Had to resubmit the msa but he altered the information in a attempt to reduce the funding ammount. He finley sent me a letter, to seek other councel and not to call or enter his officefrom now on. NEW ATTORNEY FILED A CORRECTED MSA AND WAS APPROVED FOR3xxxxx.X The check to me and wendell was cashed and is in his possession now the total he owes me is 7xxxxx.xx or more. refuses to honor agreement.
