Didn't have much hope or chance, had a strong case against me and not much help. First time I met with him he told me "You're getting out today," and from then on, my anxieties were gone. Pat did everything he said he could do, saved my job and livelihood, and did it all without breaking my bank account wide open. Great guy to ask legal questions, has a great way of explaining legal process to the layman. He was able to focus on specifics in my case and reach out to the right people to ensure that my case was properly adjudicated and I was not a victim of zealous "cookie cutter" justice. Pat's the man, trust me.

Mr. Valentini has worked very hard with the criminal justice system and doing all he can with the cards that he is delt anyone that places blaim on a lawyer for there unfortunate out come in a case should first look at themselves and what they have done wrong not the lawyer that is trying to help them with everything they have.

Patrick valentini is very knowledgeable in serving the justice system NOT THE CLIENT he has lied to me and forced me to take a plea agreement without and before the prosecution was ordered more than once to turn over all eveidence...this is a common practice in my opinion for anyone who has Patrick Valentini as a court appointed attorney...he will not only bend and break law for a non paying client...but work a deal for a paying client while colluting with the prosecutors and judge to hang the more defenseless client....but who is gonna hold him accountable?? his peers he consorts with...i feel bad for earlier post...because i know how they feel this is all my opinion...

My dealings with Mr. Valentini make me think you should have a 6. His knowledge, skill, personality and availability impressed me.

Patrick Valentini was a court appointed attorney in my case...on initial contact mr. Valentini stated i was ok as i had 4 witnesses putting me somewhere else during the crime....2 weeks later it was a 100% change of heart...he steated my witnesses were not credible because they were friends and family...who else was i suppose to hang with??? anyways 1 person put me on the scene...this witness was on ANOTHER methanphetamine felony charge and by statute was to go to prison...i felt this person would be easy to disprove credibility...however mr. valentini told me he couldn't without a valid reason...he stated i take a 1 year deal and 3 years probation or the court would sentence me to 80+ months to lose at trial which he said would prabably happen with the meth addict as the states witness...ready for the kicker?..after taking the plea i found out that valentini was simultaneously representing the meth addict as well as me!!! GOD BLESS THE CROOKED LAWYER AND OUR SYSTEM THAT PERMITS THIS!
