Ms. Burke filed 2 Million Dollar malpractice complaint against former dentist due to complete destruction of my oral health including 9 extractions w/o x-rays & informed consent; unnecessary root canals w/o x-rays and consent; but the dentist w/h my 1st 3 treatments for litigation purposes and fraudulently posted to former dentist's records. I presented copies to Ms. Burke 11 mos prior to dentist's deposition and I testified to these tx's at my deposition, but she ignored my email requests for document examiner and failed to address the 3 tx's in Aug, Sept and October 2002 that he delib w/h. The dentist also submitted false interrogs that were never addressed, and he also lied at his deposition that most of my dental impressions and lab receipts were destroyed by office sprinkler. He was asked if he attempt to obtain dups once notified of my complaint (15 mos earlier), but stated No. Burden shld have shifted to dentist.I never recd any compensation for total damages to oral health.
