I went through his satellite office in Charleston. He relied very heavily on his assistant Susan. She lost paperwork, forgot many conversations we had and nearly cost us my husband's citizenship. I complained to Larry. He defended her and did not offer to fix or compensate the situation, but instead continued to rely on her. She did the same thing through the second go around. During our last conversation, one week before the interview, it was realized that we did not come up with enough and proper documentation and we again, nearly did not get the green card as a result. It appeared to be that once again, he relied on Susan too much and she did not convey our situation to him properly even though I detailed this to him in person during the first meeting.
