Seems befuddled and slightly disorganized in front of a judge.
Ineffective at negotiations with another lawyer.
Doesn't have a good idea about what's important in presenting a case. Her sense of what's important is different than what the judge thinks is important.
Had flawed judgement about how to proceed to maximize client's position. Confrontational approach tends to increase legal fees, whereas a more vigorous effort to negotiate would lead to a better result sooner, with fewer legal fees.
