This guy couldn't litigate his way out of a paper bag. He had absolutely NO interest in my case other than taking my money and any money I would possibly be awarded. He was bumbling, unprepared, unknowledgable, late for court, didn't pre-interview my witnesses or call key witnesses. Failed to cross-examine plaintiff's witnesses effectively, went on vacation immediately after filing a continuance which he filed w/the wrong court and left me hanging with no contact or advice for well over a week on a 2 wk continuance which he told me was 30 days. I would have been better off representing myself. I wasn't allowed to mention or submit evidence or have witnesses testify that were crucial to my case. Money in the toilet. Even if I win I'll still come out a LOSER after fees and costs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
