This "firm" did a very poor job at providing legal advice to our condo association here in Pompano. They illegally tried to postpone our annual condo board election, going against Florida law, and our own condo by-laws. Now, according to public record, they are being sued by that association after firing them for this reason among many. Check out the Broward clerk of court site and look them up. It also seems that they are soliciting positive reviews from friends, and others who stand to get burned if the Shendells lose this case.

this might be the worst and greediest attorney in so fla. he will take a 300.00 bill that is late and turn it into a 4000.00 late fee. than he wont return your calls unless you have an attorney.he uses his power with assocoations to his do want he wants. hes a bully! he probably tells associations to do things for his own personal benefit...

If you have financial challenges, and have to deal with this firm you will need to do your research. This firm takes advantage of the vulnerable population. He seek out those late on HOAs resulting from lack of employment and add extremely high fees that he is not entitled. The cost is up to $5,000 when your past dues may be as little as a few hundreds In front of the judge he a small sum on item in court, which is quite opposite the $5,000 he mentions in his correspondence. You should seek advise and even represent yourself in court versus pay them the large sums. Let the judge decide using all the facts!

Larry Shendell cost our HOA over 100 thousand dollars due to his incompetence. The HOA has lost every legal and court matter we ever had and all cases were brought against us strictly on his negligence. He has no clue what he is doing! I truly wonder if he is actually an attorney. Dont take just my word, google his name and you will find nothing but negative reviews. BEWARE!!!

The service was poor. He takes advantage of disadvantaged people. He has a racket on HOA foreclosures and takes vacations all the time. Dishonorable person!

HORRIBLE person overall! Yells and hangs up the phone on people who call. Refuses to explain any questions someone may have. He is very **** as well. Does not return any calls or faxes. Horrible person who has no business being an attorney. Robs people of their money and does not care of you paid fee's he will continue to charge you the same fee over and over even after it's paid.
