Just as the other victims mentioned, he scammed us. We were required to sign a retainer document and pay him $500 upfront. He did not do the work as he promised to do. Our multiple calls were never returned. Evidently, he only wanted to get money from us. But, he failed to deliver as he promised.

Terrible lawyer who will deceive you just to get your money, even if you don't stand a chance in court he will sweet talk you as long as he can get the money. Once he squeezes you out he will never return your calls or answer emails. Works very slow and with plenty of errors and if you point that out to him he becomes very rude.

I've contacted Mr. Alexander in December 2016 to help me with wrongful dismissal.I've payed $275 on the spot for initial consultation and Demand Letter. He told me that biggest problem is my short service but that still can get me 2 maybe 3 months pay from the employer, which was deception to get my money as I was entitled only to one week's pay.He also promised to write a Demand Letter in next 2 days which he didn't do and finally wrote it after 10 days.I couldn't get hold of him for a week, didn't answer his phone nor responded to my emails.Demand Letter came with typing errors which I had to correct. Finally, after 2 weeks it was sent to my former employer. They asked for 21 days to respond.I've waited and didn't get any information from Mr. Alexander. Finally,I've reached him and he told me that my former employer refused Demand Letter 17 days ago!In the end I've solved my problem through ESA claim and Ministry of Labour.Save your money, time and nerves by avoiding Mr. Alexander!

I worked for the federal government for over 10 years and had a workplace issue that was grave. I was referred to Ken by another lawyer who advised he was more capable with employment law. I have to say that the dealings were exceptional. I realized he was quite knowledgeable and willing to help. He was with Ball at that time. We met regularly and spoke and prepared for the hearing and in the end, the government asked to settle the case if I withdrew the filings. No doubt I regret this today but Ken's help and guidance and work throughout was great and helped me. I think that we made the best decision and I have to say his technical work helped me finalize the settlement. In the end the government paid a settlement amount. I recommend Ken for his honesty, ability, his attention to detail. His respect and confidentiality and his grasp of the law.

I contacted Stacey Ball in 2004 told me to call Ken Alexander while my employment case was still being investigated by the Ombudsman's Office, and he invited me in to discuss my case further. He already knew that I could not pay for his services up front and the case would be on contingency. At the end of our meeting he told me that he would take my case and asked me to pay $250.00, which he didn't mention in our conversation over the phone. He told me to wait for a decision from the Ombudsman's Office. In 2005 after the Ombudsman's Office reached a decision, I contacted him again as per his instructions. I dropped off my submissions and didn't hear anything for a month. Ken Alexander didn't respond when I asked for an update on the status of my case. I knew at this point that I was scammed. He ignored my first request to place my submissions out front and lied about not being in the office since I did see him. I finally received my submissions but no $250.00.
