He is a thief! He takes your money and doesn't do a single thing to help you! He goes to court completely unprepared. He continually called me by the wrong name in court! He tells you not to call him, that he will call you, yet he never does! He consistently wants more money and you end up with nothing to show for it. He ALWAYS lets the opposing attorney have the last word. He is lazy and does not care if you win or not...as long as he gets his money. He actually sides with opposing counsel. I have NEVER been so disappointed in an attorney. He forgets about your appts. with him, then tells receptionists to tell you he had "a late lunch" when in reality, he was at home being lazy! He shows up in jeans and his computer never works! Tells you he's sent of legal documents to the court which he's never sent! He is a thief, a liar and an all around waste of time, bad lawyer. Yet he's Mormon! I don't care what religion someone is, but he's by no means a real Mormon!

He seemed promising at our first meeting, but he turned out to be lazy and untrustworthy. He wanted $7500 upfront to handle my case which I paid. But once he has your money he has no motivation to give good representation. He was never prepared and actually would fill out the paperwork while at our meetings. The $7500 retainer was spent on useless meetings with the other attorney. When it was time to actually schedule a court date he stopped taking my calls and literally abandoned me at a crucial time. He had made an easy $7500 without having to make any real effort. DO NOT HIRE HIM TO REPRESENT YOUR INTEREST. I wish I had read the previous reviews.

Do not hire this man. He will take your money and nothing will get done. He'll help the other attorney and you will not only lose everything, you'll be worse off than when you started. Papers will not be filed, phone calls will not be returned. He is very shiny on the outside, do not let that pull you in.

Horrid. Took my 8K and I got nothing for it. Made lame excuses about why he did nothing. Provided no accountability for his time and blamed his staff for stealing my money. How is that my problem?

Nice & knowledgeable, but did nothing for me. Was hard to get ahold of, did not answer calls in timely manner (as in that week). If you want your divorce dragged out, this is your guy.
