Mr. Silver sent his two kids to my day camp for summer 2013 and fails to pay his bill.
He is an attorney and he alone signed the camp contract.
Mr. Silver (an attorney) says his ex-wife owes the money and is hiding from me. He ignores our calls and invoices.
Legally, and from all aspects he owes the money.
Some set of morals.
This is why attorneys have the reputation that they do.
He will have to answer a judge soon, let see what the Lawyer says to him!

Took a $3,000 retainer fee, sent one letter and then would not return my phone calls, voice messages or emails for over FOUR months! When I was forced to retain another attorney because he would not take any action on my case, he refused to refund any of my retainer. He basically stole $3,000 from me and could have cared less the hardship it caused my family. He perfectly fits the saying "you know the difference between a thief and a lawyer? A lawyer carries a briefcase!" Buyer beware with this guy. He will milk as big a retainer fee out of you as possible and in my case do absolutely NOTHING to earn it!

Michael did a very good job for me. He was not inexpensive but fair especially considering his caliber of legal skills. Untimately I did not win my case because I really had made a mistake but he was so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations even after 1 year to help me on a problem I was having. If you need someone to help you make the best of a bad situation you should consider him as an excellent choice. The only reason I didn't give him all 5's was nobody is perfect but Mile Silver is pretty darn good and treats everyone with respect and dignity. I hope any and all get the quality of service I got.
