Francine H. Moss, as a legal guardian, is at best sub par. However, along with a number of other attorneys, she thrives in a woeful family court system. Through her lack of analysis and tenacity, Ms. Moss, has taken a giant step in ruining the reunification of my family. She has taken the side of one family member despite the preponderance of evidence to the contrary. She even has gone so far as to make disparaging remarks to the court which, needless to say were unfounded, hurtful and entirely inappropriate. Do not get involved with this attorney.

Stay far away from this blood sucker. All she cares about is money after she delays and delays she will then take your money. Doesn't care about the effects on children but knows how to suck up to the judges. If you see her in the street hit the gas. People like this give attorneys a bad rap. She is nothing short of a disgrace to society

This attorney should be disbarred. She does not care about the children and what is best for them and only cares about winning even when defending the most despicable parent. She will allow the child to be abused and will not care. She puts the child at risk of serious damage by advising her clients not to foster a relationship between the child and the other parent. She advises that while in her clients custody that the client doesn't allow the child to speak to the other parent on the phone alone without interference and instead harm the child's mental well being by recording the conversations and prior to conversation coach the child. She was on the family Court committee and because of this uses her cronies to unfairly win cases. She is a disgrace and willing to harm the child just to win a case.

Fran was not only professional, but honest, firm and masterful. I can only say that ANYONE that hires Fran or Stephanie will be getting a class act. I went from the non-custodial parent to full custody thanks to all the help of this incredibly hardworking team from the lawyers down to the receptionist. They are a wonderful collaboration of dedicated people. I don't know where I'd be without them.

Worst experience in my entire life. Jerked my wife around for years.Fran Moss used to work for Jacoby and Myers. She had no problem taking my wifes money. Always a sad story to tell when she would consult my wife. Always a lie about how she would attempt to do anything. Years of this and that. Once she was let go,or quit. Jacoby and Myers told my wife what this woman did was criminal, and that they wouldn't accept further payment from my wife. A form of an apology I'm sure. And within 2 weeks her divorce was final. 5 years of hell waiting. If you ever have the ill fortune of meeting this creetin, Turn and walk away. God has a special place just waiting for you Fran.

I have never experienced a more incompatent attorney then Francine Moss. She lacks the understanding of what a child needs in life. She excels at only one thing and that''s her inability to unearth the truth. She has her cronies in the "system" that allow her to continue to practice otherwise she would be out of a job. I can't stress enough the need for any person whether woman, man, or child to seek other council. She has destroyed our families oppurtunitiy to reunite. She needs to be reevaluated by the bar. DO NOT use her office or you will bare the same outcome my family has. I am going to take this to the next level and not hide behind this post.

Pity the fool that doesnt have her as their attorney. She WILL catch you in your string of lies and uncover the truth & the method to your madness. You may spend years setting up your ducks and tangled web of lies that you weave, but in the end, her day in court...she WILL shoot those ducks down AND untangle your masterfully tangled web & EXPOSE you for the liar & manipulator that you are. You WILL look like the fool that you always have been.Dont be fooled by her calm demeanor. She will allow you to make an ass out of yourself. Well worth every penny & waiting for the court date. Just be patient. Fran WILL get justice for you, she hates the slimebucket as much as you do & convinces his own attorney that he is as well.

Functions as a law guardian about half of the time, so she's very knowledgeable in this area and very well known. Hired to represent me in a custody case. Very difficult case that took years to resolve. She fought very hard - worked closely with the law guardian to insure the best outcome for the kids. I ended up getting custody of my children - bottom line, I would recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, hard fighting attorney / firm. If she's available, hire her. If the other side hires her, I wouldn't hold out too much hope for your cause... Father with custody of his children.
