This man wasted a year and a half of our time and failed to deliver the service for which he was paid. He gave the impression of sabotaging our case and refused to bring it to Federal court as we wanted and demanded. Then he refuses to refund our money and lieing about evidence sent to him from the Department of Justice, like he is protecting the party that is violating our rights. This man should not even be practicing law. His associate quit the firm and the case and he gets all defensive when asked why. You don't treat your clients like this. Ever! I have all the documents to prove my accusations.

I've used him for a few years now and he was a decent lawyer to start with and has just gotten better. I always know I have the best person in my corner. He is a real fighter.

Attorney Bauer was so helpful to us. He came in and took care of everything. I don't know what we would have done without his help. He stopped our foreclosure and made the bank pay us money. Great Attorney.

As former clients of this attorney we can not recommend him. His inexperience in land matters and his lack of attorney/client communication skills must be a serious consideration. In our case he seemed to be ill prepared for the court room and allowed the opposing attorney to focus the judges attention on matters that were not relevant to our case which was causative in losing the case. He has, in our opinion, MUCH to learn.
