Attorney Hadaway was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Excellent follow through and knowledge pertaining to Long Term Care assistance. We were beyond pleased with her support, professionalism and compassion for our situation.

I found Atty Hadaway to be incredibly helpful to me, compassionate to my situation, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused to help me. She was honest with me and able to communicate a complicated set of laws in an easy-to-understand way. She was also relentless in her efforts on my behalf. I will absolutely return to her if and when a need arises. I would, and have, recommended her to others.

Attny Hadaway failed to disclose, until we arrived, that she charges $350.00 per hour for a consult, with only the first 30 minutes FREE if you retain her. Then she revealed that she "worked" with someone prior that was adversary to my case, and said that she felt it was fine, when I asked her if she should "recuse herself". I ended up giving her $1,000.00, found someone better and way cheaper, and she refused to give me back any of the $1,000.00. Her tone was negative and wavering. I found someone who does not charge for consult and doen not charge for PHONE CALLS. She charges in 6 minute intervals, so the clock is tick, tick, ticking away your bank account. Then, her assistant said: "We did not charge you for 2 attorneys just one", I never asked for 2 to be in the room. Be careful and I would get someone that does not charge for consult.

Atty Hadaway was caring and though my parents can be difficult to deal with, she was compassionate, patient, and she actually presented information so they understood what and why. Atty Hadaway was worth every penny she charged. She also helped my parents when my mother had a stroke and needed a nursing home. Because of her strategies when my father died, I received an inheritance.
