He is a total money-grubber....all he talks about is money.....how much you have to pay him.....he ignores your case once you sign the retainer, and he spends your retainer and then asks for more! He mishandled my case...I found out about it because I received notification from the courts that my case would be dismissed since Lindenfeld was not responding to the Court's requests.
He moved from NYC to LI to "escape" from those who might track him down.
A Private Investigator came up with tons of information (public record) showing how Danny boy has been the target of multiple lawsuits, including, apparently, one by aplastic surgeon for non-payment of his or her bills!
His home address is 371 Church Avenue, Woodmere, NY and his SS# is 090-60-7892
WARNING! HE IS AS CROOKED AS THEY COME! DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! I DON'T KKNOW IF HE HAS A DRUG PROBLEM OR WHATEVER OTHER ISSUES CAUSED HIM TO RUN FROM NY AND HIS CLIENTS, BUT HE'S A POOR EXCUSE FOR AN ATTORNEY!
