This individual has done all he can to make life miserable for both my nuclear and extended family. He does not return calls, makes excuses, plays more golf than a PGA Tour professional during office hours, and is constantly 'out of the office' or on 'vacation.' His secretary must have a list of excuses on her desk because every time my father or mother call the office, he is never there and it's always for a different reason. It has been more than half a decade since he began work on my grandmother's estate. It is still not complete. I could have completed law school, passed the bar and taken care of the estate myself in less time. His ineptitude and lack of professionalism led to my family waging war internally, hiring more lawyers, and was probably the reason my father had a massive heart attack. I suggest that you stay away from him like you would steer clear of a person with the black plague.

My Grandmother died in 2003 the estate is still not settled it is 2008. He doesn't come into his office or return calls. We are in the process of having him removed. This has been an absolute nightmare. I can honestly say nothing good. His secretary is a professional at giving you the run around when you call. She informs us daily that she will have him call, and he never does. I different excuse everyday, he's out buying property, golfing, ill, the reasons never end. I feel someone will be settling my estate before this one is done!!!
