he has been my attorney for over 20 years his recommendations are always spot on his knowledge of the knowledge of the law is vast and if he does not know he will find the answer.

Hiring Luke was the biggest mistake of my life. In my opinion he is a lazy lawyer more interested in his relationships with other lawyers than the wellbeing of his clients. At least that was my experience. He was unprepared for the trial, didn't prepare me at all and seemed totally disinterested. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer.

Coley has an impressive website but that is it. Before even going to trial he screwed up the subpoenas and did not have a pretrial meeting b/c he was 100% confident that it would be continued. It was NOT continued. During the trial he just sat there. I was in shock at how scared he was in the courtroom. It seemed like his first time in front of a judge. He allowed her attorney to jump all over me and he did not object one time. I could have done better defending myself. After the trial, my ex was to take my name of 2 mortgages within 60 days of Judgment which was on October 2, 2007. 90 days after Judgment, I asked Coley to contact her lawyer and give them 30 days to satisfy the court order or we would file a Motion for Contempt. 7 months later, Coyley has done NOTHING! He has been drafting that Motion since January 2008. It is July 30, 2008. I fired him today.
