I hired her for a non legal situation, she needed to speak on my behalf and recover items from the police station as I am not in the state. It took 4 months and she finally said there was nothing more she could do. Wasted $1,000 on her for nothing - stay away from her she'll chat you up and you'll never hear from her once she gets payed. That was my experience.

All of the comments that I have read are all so true. I payed Kim 10,000. I didn't even go to court. She did request more money but was under the impression my bill would not exceed 10,000. and when she asked for more money I fired her. Now she is hounding me for another 2,000. for some odd ball work she did on my case we did not even step into the court room she's crazy. I'm going to the bar about this.

Kimberly Trupiano, whenever this name come aross my mind i can hardly sleep at night.In 08 i hired kim to represent me, she told my sis that my case wont cost more than 6k but we end up paying more than 15k. She never come visit me while i was in Jail, never accept my phone call not just collect call but also with a paid phone card. Even the free lawyer would come and visit their cliens but not her not once. she cancell my court date without even let me know. she went to court with me for about 5 to 6 times, each and everytime she told me that i be able to get out. it all turn out negetive. She lie so much it would take me all day to point them all out. while in court her and the court not on the same page, She either do little or no research about the case. She wasting my time and my money. Without her the maximum time i would do is 3 months, with her i end up do 11 months. but that not all she just send me a bill of 5,000 with an outrage interest after the case had been closed.

Some one deleted my review. This is what I wanted to post about thisi attorney- I liked Kim. She returned my calls. She got my brother off of a bogus domestic violence charge and got him out on bail on the deportation case. She was not cheap but worked with us on the bill so we could make payments. I know she did a good job.
