Favors father over the mother. He does not followup on kids' welfare. Two different occasions I caught him in his car with my ex-to be getting extra money from him and making out. I'm absurd and he should be remove from the appointed list in court because he is not a good candidate to make decision about your child or children's best interest.

He expect to be pay alot of money for doing nothing. He does not followup when there is a problem. He is supposed to represent the kids and he overlook things and let things slide by. He have not touch the case much but let the kids get worse under the father. He is the worse father on Earth. He is self-centered and do not take my kids seriously. In my case, everything is under one-sided to their father instead of me because he skipped county to another county to serve me op. For the past 25 months, the kids went worse and Dan is not doing a thing to remove the kids from their father and to give me my kids back. The father have fed the kids and GAL lies about me - I'm being falsely accused. Too many postponements and the kids are getting worse. Dan do not take my kids too seriously. I have not seen my kids for 14 months and their father is using the kids as a weapon to get back to me. If nothing is done, I will report him to ARDC, media and ask court to remove his name.

Dan Klenke is a worthless piece of****! He went totally on my x wifes side. I found out why, I caught them together in his car. My x wife was dropped from my Bluecross blueshield insurance because she had a mental problem. He was ordered by the judge to chech it out, and never did. My kids told him about thier mother whipping them with a belt and hitting them with a wooden spoon. He called them liers right to their faces, they were 6 and 8 years of age. He also told my parents about past cases, who cares, work on mine! When the divorce was done they judge ordered I pay 60% of the bill. when I went to pay it he jacked up the price by a $1000.00. I asked why it was higher, he said he did more work. Who ok'ed this work? I told him I was going to turn him in to the ARDC. He laugh, and said their a joke they will not do anything to me. He never even turned in a final report. He charged me $16000.00 to do nothing!

I had the same experiences with Dan Klenke everyone wrote about. He went into detail with me about a case he is handling where a four year old child is threatening suicide. Then he told me about a case about a father who is telling his child he is going to commit suicide. These cases are none of my business. He breaches client confidentiality to the extreme. He is supposed to represent my son as a GAL and I believe he is too busy working for my wife. He billed me $80 to read a movie review online of SAW IV. What SAW IV had to do with my son is a question I would like answered. He never talked to one person I listed as a witness regarding my relationship with my son. Klenke has based his entire findings on my wife's testimony. He also conducted an internet search on me looking into my medical history, campaign contributions, and going to Amazon.com. He has not looked at my wife's internet browsing. Stay away from Klenke if you care about your children. He should be removed!

Terrible, during our meeting time with him he talked more about his "other cases" with details of what was going on with them and did not focus his attention to the time we had with him on our case. He never calls back or responds to emails. I payed for services for mediation in regards to a child custody agreement, never got report and he pocketed my money. ANd now since we don't have report we are being forced into a GAL, so even MORE $ wasted because of him. Our meetings with him was in Aug and Oct 2009 and now being Jan 2010 I still don't have anything and am out $600.

He is handling my divorce and is doing a horrible job. so unresponsive and doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I'm the one coming up with suggestions all the time to reduce my child support obligations His 20+ years of experience definitely do not show

I had the misfortune of consulting with Dan Klenke for an hour for an employment law related issue of mine. He was not interested in taking my case and should have told me so up front, but charged me $100 for his time anyway, much of which he spent talking about his old cases and other stuff not helpful to me. He was just plain rude and unprofessional, disrespectful in his tone and words. He didn't seem to understand that I was there to seek his advice and opinion on my issue and he wanted me to tell him what I wanted done. I definitely do not recommend him.
