Had to hire a real lawyer to settle my case. Emrani a mess. Save yourself and your case. Pro remarks I suspect as much a fake as he and his entire lying company are. If I told you this horrible story you wouldn't have long enough to live to read it. Fool me once and God help me if I don't save others from this miserable experience. Check the BBB, he isn't rated. Read all the Yelp complaints and I suspect the Bar has a dossier on his antics that would fill the New York City Library. RUN.

I hired this law firm to assist me with a civil matter; namely an auto accident where I was not at fault. In fact, the woman that rear-ended me on the freeway while traversing the pavement at a substantial speed over the limit was not only not paying attention to the road, but she was also breaking the law (texting while driving). Once hired, this law firm took weeks to months to respond to my inquiries. I would call 3, 4, 10 times over several weeks before getting a return call. The return call often amounted to 'I don't know', 'we don't have the info', 'we're not sure', 'we'll call you later'. Emails often took multiple attempts over multiple weeks before getting a response. They refused to fight my case in court and forced me to settle for an amount that doesn't cover the medical bills. I was 100% NOT at fault and they refused to fight the case. Forced me to settle for a smaller dollar amount than needed for medical bills. I certainly do not recommend this attorney.

I hired Emrani for 2 work days, then terminated with him, retaining a new attorney. He's tagged a $6000 lien on my insurance payment, holding up my settlement for 2 months and counting. His behavior is unconscionable. I caution everyone to beware!

I know this attorney. The good reviews here are suspicious. They seem to have been written by the same person, in the same style. Probably written by the firm itself, or friends of attorney. Positive reviews simply sound unbelievable when considered with other negative reviews. IF all of the reviews are true, that means the attorney treats some client well and others very poorly.

The staff the attorney hires is exactly like him RUDE!!!! He is a person who is calm until you say something that he does not agree with. Then he just screams and never leaves a moment for you to actually have a turn to speak. The staff is exactly the same way. I called to verify information about my potential case and they refused to let me talk to the attorney and told me that he will never return my call. Interesting how I am suppose to use this company to represent me but I cant talk to the person representing me. I am putting this out for anyone to see that this is NOT the person to trust to represent you on something that is so life changing. If you want more stress and the unknowing of your case then Jacob Emrani is the attorney for you but if you want someone to look out for you then find someone else!

The first time I met Jacob Emrami, he spent over two hours just obtaining the details of my case and getting to know me and what I wanted from him. He was always there by phone or email whenever I needed him; answering my questions and assuring me everything was ok. I have enormous respect for Mr. Emrani and the services he provides to his clients. Thank you Jacob. You are awesome!

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW, A CASE MANAGER CANNOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE, ONLY AN ATTORNEY. IF YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION YOU WILL BE TREATED TO BADLY, YOU HAVE HAVE TO LET THEM GO. I hired the Law office of Jacob Emrani after my previous attorney did nothing for me or my case and my needs were never met medically. The Emrani team took care of everything, the doctors I was sent to were professional not the "chop shop" ones I was sent to with my previous attorney. I was always communicated with in a timely manner either by phone or email.I was always updated as to the status of my case .I never felt in the dark about any phase of the process.I received a better settlement that I think I would have received in court but they were ready for a fight if it needed to go that far. An amazing team of people I highly regard their work and them personally, professional office ..I really can't say enough..I'm just really happy with how my whole case was handled...

I hired The Law Offices of Jacob Emrani after being involved in an automobile accident with a semi-truck. I spoke with Mr. Emrani after the accident and he advised me that he would be able to help me. After having a shoulder surgery, Mr. Emrani began speaking the insurance company and they were giving very low offers. Mr. Emrani filed a lawsuit and was by my side for my deposition and my mediation. Mr. Emrani kept me up to date every step of the way. The defendants insurance company finally caved at mediation and I was able to recover my medical bills, my loss of earnings and my pain and suffering. Mr. Emrani did a great job for me during the entire ordeal.

Jacob and his Team are hard working and Honest. My Girlfriend was essentially shoved/ pushed by her boss in a fit of rage. After hearing the ad on the radio we called Jacob. He took the time to explain the all the laws and politics of the situation so we could make the best decision. Although we didnt take legal action we were glad we called Jacob! He is a great attorney and a good Man!

I got in a car accident and my Lawyer was doing nothing for me. I couldn't even get him on the phone or get a call back to discuss my case. I saw on a TV ad that Jacob Emrani offered a FREE second opinion so I got in touch with him and spoke directly to him about my case. He gave me some great pointers and after that conversation I ditched my old Lawyer and went with Jacob. Him and his staff were awesome at keeping me posted on what was going on and they were always available when I had a question. I could tell that Jacob legitimately cared about me and my case and wanted to fight to get me what I deserved. And he did. I was very happy with my settlement and I would definitely recommend ANYONE to call Jacob Emrani.

I came upon Jacob Emrani by chance waiting in the emergency room after I had been in a three car collision. I had seen there advertisement and decided to call. I had never used a lawyer or been in a situation such as this. From the very start there team was sympathetic to my plea, and gave me there full attention. Within minutes I went from worrying about medical bills and how I would get through this horrifying time in my life; too feeling completely at ease. They providing me with top physicians to handle my every need, at no out of pocket expense. From start to finish I felt as though I had made the right choice. I respect Jacob Emrani because after fighting for my case for over 2 years, he made the impossible happen. I was rejected by 3 lawyers who said my case was a looser and too hard to win, but Mr. Emrani was not afraid to take It on. I heard about him on TV, and felt it couldn't hurt to call his office, they were courteous and very attentive but were upfront about the fight on our hands. The case took very long, because they wouldn't take the insurance companies baseless offers. Do not trust The Jacob Emrani law firm to be your lawyer for any civil cases. I hired this law firm back in 2007 for my car accident. It took five years with little amount of settlement and they took 75% of money from settlement and gave me 25%. I should have hired other law firm who has better communication, tenacity, and knowledge about defending for their clients. It's hard to get in touch with any lawyer who works for Emrani Law Firm. One paralegal specialist told me one the phone, "not to bother her because they are busy all the time and it is not her business to take care of my case." Her name is Maria and I hope she is not working for Emerani. Mr. Emrani and his team abuse their client and take advantages without hope. After three months later after settlement, one of Emerani's clerks called me and asked me if I would provide business with them again in the future and I told them, never. The feedback are all based on true evidences without falsehood.

I saw 3 attorneys before i came to Jacob and every single one of them rejected my case and told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I fell at a hardwood store and had surgery on my right wrist. It was then that i came to Jacob and he gave me some hope. He saw my case from a different angle and was committed to help me. This attorney never calls, nor gives you information on your case. He does not try hard enough to work on a case and after a time limit expects clients to go to small claims court and do it themselves so he still can get money but not be your attorney at the time, until you make money if you win, then he makes you sign a paper so you return on behalf of his help for medical expences. He does not stand up on his words in his contract" Contingency" no win no pay, its false.He makes sure he has money from other clients insurance for medical and places it in a trust fun for his percent if you do not win in small claims court. This law office is pathetic. They dont communicate with you. It's very dificult to get any information from them or a return phone call. My case began 2 1/2 years ago and we finally when to court nearly two mnonths ago. A judgemnets was ordered against a major insurance company who was willing to settle. I still havent heard or seen any momitary settlement check. Beware, dont call these people.

The Worst lawyer I ever contacted. The nightmare began when after a auto accident my son called The Law2! Ever since then we have had to put up with paralegal after paralegal, one was even fired.
