I contacted this attorney in 2008 asking questions regarding a Power of Attorney over our mother. He stated he had one on file, he stated I had the Durable P.O.A.. I tried to make contact with him July 08 to ask questions regarding my legal actions I could take in selling property etc.. since my mother is now unable to care for herself. He refused to make an appt with us, when we arrived at his office he refuse to speak with us, stating it was a conflict of interest and he represented my mother!! I said I understand that but I am names with rights of P.O.A. and now you won't speak with me. I was told I could get an attorney. I will and I will also file a complaint with the Kansas Bar Association. Don't waste your money here folks, check out attorneys Orville Mason or Lee Vasquez. You will have great representation and get your $$ worth.
