Rude, inattentive, doesn't pay attention to client, puts you on mute and disappears only to scream from another room that she's with her children, unprofessional, hap hazard with client files, needs multiple refreshers, then wants to show you how she writes letterhead (who cares), then disappears in another room again while writing note on letter head that she's itching and helping child take a bath. TOTALLY unprofessional, needs to find work life balance, because I have raised three children, attend zoom calls, conference calls and bridge calls-MY CHILDREN NEVER INTERFERED, NOT EVEN MY AUTISTIC NEPHEW.Harrasses via text messages, can't keep meetings straight, was discussing my case with another client on the line-client confidentiality went right out the window, and was blaming the other client for jumping in her waiting room-it's a ZOOM CALL lady not your personal waiting room. Do not to pay attention to others experience and panic when they say she does not return calls or e-mails. Lawyers have their other clients as well as their lives.
