having had howard and his assistant work on my mva case i found them knowledgable and great to have on my side they helped me get exactly what i wanted and no run arounds and the best part was i wasent lied to about anything and they didnt try to take half of the money that i was awarded.I have come back to howard for advise on other lawyers for other situations that werent in his field and he was always there to help and make sugestions i consider him a friend and a great lawyer who works hard for you. There are going to be times when you cant speak to him at the exact moment that you want to but he always called me back befor the end of his day everyone has to remember that your case is not the only case he has and like every other law firm assistants are there to help and get information. Worst lawyer you can ever come across. Works against you and not for you. Has an assistant who occasionally comes to the scene instead of him, who usually talks about his private life to clients, makes you think they have something going on since she knows so much about his personal life; the assistant does things on her own, so she and Howard contradict each other in every way possible. So after talking to each, you're never sure which one of them tells the truth and which one lies; he's there to get your money and nothing else.

Have known Howard for years has helped me out on many occasions with variety of legal (non Criminal)issues, very professional, friendly and straight forward. Have not hesitated to recommned him to many friends.
