Don't take my word for this piece of counsel wonder. Take the written words of a Judge: " I find it is significant that even the police were shocked by the disregard with which Ms. H. was treated by duty counsel (Artis Tiltins). Considering that the end result was that her right to counsel was entirely thwarted, I am satisfied that the administration of justice would be brought into disrepute by admitting the (evidence).(...) I appreciate that it was busy that night, and that Mr. Tiltins was the only duty counsel on duty for the entire province. However, this was not some drive-through business, and Mr. Tiltins was not a minimum wage employee who had little ability to use his discretion or exercise his own judgement about the service he was providing. In fact, Mr. Tiltins was providing an important legal service to a person whose liberty and security of the person were in jeopardy; he was a fully qualified lawyer and a professional providing legal advice to a person arrested(..)"

This Russian lawyer's pronunciation even the judge and law clerk could understand just Primary student standard... its gonna completely waste your money and time...

Heis such a nice mgay. I had a very serious and complicated legal issue. He was very helpful to me and helped me with my case. He was very understanding, respectful, knowledgable and charged me for his work a very reasonable fee. I just can not say enough good about this lawyer. He is a wonderfu and terrific person and a very talented lawyer. Thank you!

Altough I'm reading a negative comment on him in a criminal context, he is a civil litigation rather than criminal defence lawyer. very prompt service. excellent value and good guidance through the process to save our legal expenses.

I would like to share my positive impression of this lawyer and recommend him to potential clients. He got down to work on our case in a prompt and professional manner. The urgent situation called for prompt action, and the first appointment was scheduled immediately. He considered carefully all the details and gave a clear outline of the retainer terms and conditions. There were no unjustified or unexpected charges. He kept a close eye on the situation, found all necessary information from various sources (which was not easy sometimes) and took necessary action in good time. As a result he won the case for us. We are very pleased with his work.
