I made a huge mistake not hiring attorney Donald Tye at the beginning when my divorce started. Instead I started with a local attorney, who seemed good enough to help write up a divorce agreement and that would be that. She did NOTHING for almost 2 years! She RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, made mistakes - nightmare! I was at my wits end and desperate for help so in October 2020 I called Donald Tye. What an unbelievable difference! Donald was available, kind, understanding, patient, & professional and was immediately ready to help me. I felt very well represented by him. He is a true force to be dealt with by the other side—always professional, but tough! With Donald Tye as my attorney, I had a divorce agreement negotiated & agreed to & divorce granted by a judge on December 15, 2020. October-December! 2 months & it was over because I hired Donald Tye! Words aren't adequate to express how thankful I am for his services. He a wonderful attorney & very good man I will forever be grateful to.

I was searching for the best family law attorney and Donald Tye came highly recommended. From the moment I walked into his firm I was blown away. I was welcomed with a fairly priced hour long consultation that because my case was so involved wound up taking more time. Donald has a combination of an extensive resume, impressive experience and compassion. I felt he truly cared about what I was going through and wanted to help me accomplish the goals I had for my family. Donald and his team were always candid in their advice and readily available for any and all questions I had through the entire process. Donald was able to ease my concerns with his extreme attention to detail and "go-get'em" attitude. He made me feel as though I was the only case was working on. I can't rave enough about the positive experience I have had with Donald and his team. He has lived up to my expectations of being the best of the best.

Donald was absolutely amazing. He was strategic in his thought process, innovative in his reasoning and dead-on with his counsel. In the end, he advised mediation rather than a lengthy, drawn-out and expensive trial. He put us in touch with a mediator who was fair and very cost effective. I went to Donald seeking advice and help with the process, and he was so much more than I could have hoped for. His only concern was about getting to a good outcome. He is brilliant, thoughtful and empathetic. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, his intellect and his thorough understanding of the process. And on top of everything else - he treats people with the respect they deserve. If the time comes when you need the best, run to Donald. You want him before the other side finds him!

Donald consulted on my case, a complicated multi-million dollar divorce in Florida which had a prenup in MA. He did an excellent job on the legal issues, matching my ex-wife's excellent legal team (David Lee) with well-researched arguments. The only negative was his billing, which was about a factor of 2 high due to use of multiple attorneys in negotiation when one would have been enough.

I was with a local divorce lawyer that could not keep up with the finesse and power of my DMD/Ex-husband's law firm. I am a mother of three, and was on the brink of financial ruin and devastation. Donald is a gentleman, a scholar and more importantly a family man. The confidence I had in him, I cannot describe. I feel that Donald Tye was honest with my divorce costs. He was also very honest with how he felt I would fare financially in my divorce. Donald was willing to back my requests 100% when dealing with my ex-spouses lawyer. I highly reccommend him.

I have no complaints about Attorney Tye. He was professional and efficient. My family's divorce was taking ages with a different lawyer, but once we hired Tye, things actually got done. And believe me, this man knows how to get you what you deserve out of a settlement.

Arrogant and money-grubbing. I had the misfortune being advised to take up this guy billed as super-aggresive. He was aggresive in taking all the money I had in bills.the general method is that he has a 'team' and he'll charge hundreds for 15 minuets of work billed as 1 hour.

Huge bills for even a 2 minute talk and a person who is rude and arrogant. Does not have good communicate skills and is arrogant about his status.
